Missions and responsibilities
- Advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters.
- Provide guidance on pensions and benefits, translating complex regulations into actionable advice.
- Represent and assist clients in employment disputes and negotiations.
- Monitor legislative developments and case law to ensure clients receive up-to-date, relevant counsel at all times.
- Collaborate actively with team members to deliver efficient, high-quality legal solutions in a positive working environment.
Ideal profile
- Master’s degree in Belgian law
- From 2 to 6 years of experience in employment law
- Dutch Mother tongue, proficient in English
- Pragmatic mindset with a proven ability to turn legal theory into clear, applicable advice for clients.
- Strong team player who contributes positively to team dynamics and collective performance.
