One of our clients, a well-established fund administrator ideally located in the city center of Luxembourg, is currently looking for an experienced Corporate Officer to strengthen its legal and corporate department.

Your role :

• Autonomous management of a portfolio of various companies
• Preparation and follow-up of legal documents: general meetings, boards of directors, account approvals, bank account openings, etc.
• Coordination with clients, notaries, auditors, administrations and banks
• Active participation in the daily legal life of companies and in the updating of legal registers
• Supervision and support of more junior profiles

Your profile :

• Advanced degree in law, management or finance
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a fiduciary or corporate service in Luxembourg
• Excellent command of French and English
