📌 Your role
- People management: Leading, coaching and developing the team, encouraging collaboration and high performance.
- Invoicing: Overseeing outgoing invoicing (AR) and ensuring its accuracy for all Belgian entities.
- Reporting & KPIs: Preparing and analysing reports on performance indicators, supporting financial monitoring and risk management.
- Key controls: Ensuring the effective implementation of internal controls without micromanagement.
- Exception management: Proactively identifying and resolving issues and promoting continuous improvement.
- Process optimisation: Continuously improve AP & AR processes and utilise ICT tools to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Cross-departmental collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for Accounting, Procurement, ICT and other departments.

- Cross-departmental collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for Accounting, Procurement, ICT and other departments.
🎯 Your profile
- Master’s degree in finance or equivalent experience in working capital management or a similar role.
- At least 3 years’ experience in team management.
- Expertise in invoicing and AP/AR processes, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and reporting-oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain an overview whilst supporting and supervising the team.
- Fluency in French or Dutch, good passive understanding of English and a willingness to learn the other national language.
