We are seeking a Project Performance Manager for a growing company active across a wide range of building projects.
In this role, you will manage your own projects from A to Z and act as the key link between clients, architects, subcontractors and internal teams. You will oversee planning, budget, resources, quality and safety, ensuring smooth execution and successful delivery.
Projects are diverse and include industrial buildings, turnkey constructions, infrastructure works and interior finishing.

🎯 The ideal candidate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Fluent in Dutch, with good knowledge of French and English
- VCA certification and driving licence required
