We are looking for an experienced technical draftsman for a dynamic architectural firm that is strongly committed to Revit and specializes in residential projects on the coast.
You will find yourself in an organization of 4 people with offices on the coast and in Brussels where they are with about 50, active in various residential projects such as apartment buildings, single-family homes and renovations. Technical accuracy and smooth cooperation between all project partners are central to this.
The working environment is hands-on and project-driven, with close collaboration between architects, engineers and site teams.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Drawing up plans, sections and 3D models in Revit
- Translating architectural concepts into executable technical plans
- Updating and adjusting models according to project and site evolutions
- Participate in technical coordination meetings
- Working with architects and study agencies (HVAC, stability, etc.)
- Monitoring the technical consistency of plans and details
- Occasional site visits and participation in deliveries
Your profile:
- Education in technical drawing, construction or architectural office (architectural bachelor not required)
- 3 to 6 years of experience (flexible depending on profile)
- Very good knowledge of Revit (required)
- Experience in an architectural firm or general contractor
- Strong technical insight into plans, sections and details
- Knowledge of site operation is a big plus
- Able to adapt plans according to the reality on the site
- Languages: NL / FR
