Your missions and responsibilities
- Supervise project progress from pre-project stage to site handover, working closely with the developer
- Ensure management and monitoring of schedules, budgets, and administrative obligations throughout the construction cycle
- Coordinate communication between different teams involved in the project
- Ensure adherence to project costs, quality, deadlines, and associated risks
- Prepare schedules and cost estimates, effectively monitor resources and timelines, and propose practical solutions to complex problems
The ideal profile
- Graduate in industrial, civil, construction, or architectural engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Fluency in French; knowledge of Dutch and/or English would be a plus
- Excellent coordination and collaboration skills with teams
- Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills
