Your missions and responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and founder of the company to define and implement a strategy for monitoring and expanding the existing network
  • Translate client and project needs to the team of architects, ensuring that proposals meet and exceed client expectations
  • Take responsibility for providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the process, being the main point of contact for clients and effectively coordinating all project steps.

The ideal profile

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales or account management experience, preferably in tertiary sectors such as offices, retail, and hospitality
  • Team spirit, reliability, and motivation are essential qualities
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to maintain relationships with a wide existing and potential real estate network
  • Fluent in English, Dutch, and French
