Your Missions and Responsibilities
- Manage autonomously and effectively all stages of a real estate project, from land acquisition to final delivery
- Coordinate and supervise all activities related to real estate development, including planning, design, construction, and marketing
- Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and high-quality standards at each stage of the project
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities, conducting in-depth market analyses and feasibility studies
The Perfect Profile
- University degree in architecture, urban planning, civil engineering, or construction
- Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in managing real estate projects, preferably in complex and/or large-scale environments
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of real estate regulations and standards, as well as a deep understanding of market trends
- Proficiency in computer tools and project management software.
