We are seeking a Banking Finance Lawyer to join a Top Tier Law Firm based in Luxembourg.

Your missions and responsibilities
- Advise on complex banking & finance transactions (loans, structured finance, etc.).
- Draft & review legal documents (loan agreements, security agreements, offering memoranda).
- Conduct legal research on banking regulations, securities laws, and AML/KYC.
- Ensure client compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal & external partners (accountants, financial advisors).
The ideal candidate:
- EU Law degree (LL.M or equivalent) with a focus on Banking and finance law or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a leading law firm specializing in Banking Finance law is a strong plus
- Proven ability to handle complex legal matters independently and efficiently
- Teamplayer Mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and French and at least one other major European language (German, Italian, etc.) is preferred
