We are looking for an operational HR Manager for a finance/banking related company.
Report to the Head of HR regarding activities overall via ensuring hands-on supervision in Hard HR operations while also actively supporting both managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.

Your missions and responsibilities ?
- Ensure the execution of payroll & administration processes in collaboration with the external payroll provider.
- Tackle compensation & benefits frameworks and ensure a consistent application of reward policies.
- Guarantee compliance with Belgian labour law and social legislation
- Coordinate career growth, trainings programs while anticipating managers’ needs for their department’s by handling recruitment search, performance issues, absences and disciplinary matters.
- Supervise recruitment from initial search, intake meetings and interviews to onboarding and administrative follow-up.
The perfect profile ?
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist or HR Manager role, with a strong focus on Hard HR.
- Solid knowledge of Belgian payroll, labour law and social legislation.
- Experience working with payroll providers and a social secretariat
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- A hands-on and business-oriented mindset.
