We are looking for a Retail Project Manager. You will be responsible for resolving detected issues through your expertise and leadership, all within a medium-sized Walloon company.

Your missions and responsibilitiess
- Implement negotiated budget plans in advance and adapt them as needed
- Coordinate subcontractors and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Place necessary orders for the successful completion of the project
- Ensure profitability and financial monitoring of projects: prepare accounts and progress reports and ensure budget control
- Validate the choice of materials used and establish technical plans
The perfect profile
- Has experience in industrial engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience
- Has at least 3 years of experience in managing interior architecture projects
- Has good technical knowledge
- Proficient in Vectorworks or equivalent software
- Bilingual profile, English is a plus
