We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst (Asset Management) for an international group (team in Belgium but collaboration at European level)! Our client is a company specialised in semi-industrial projects (warehouses/logistics sites,…). They have a double activity, that of developer (development and sale of projects), and that of property manager (asset management). In addition, this client focuses its services strongly on CSR/sustainability criterias. They try to develop projects that are energy wise as self-sufficient as possible:

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Prepare the budget, information gathering or recommendations on the logistics real estate portfolio of our client in continental Europe
  • Work closely with local asset managers in the countries where the client operates (at European level), as well as marketing and innovation teams to gather specific information on assets (e.g. revenues, costs, capex/opex, development projects,…)
  • Review and consolidate data from all stakeholders and present the budget to the investment management team
  • Provide visibility on current and future portfolio performance (e.g. portfolio occupancy, energy efficiency, etc.) against key performance indicators
  • Be the link between the local asset management and investment management teams, as well as the single point of contact within the company for various portfolio issues

The perfect profile

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role or equivalent experience
  • “Trilingual” profile (English will be the main language, but a good level in French and Dutch is also required)
  • A person who appreciates autonomy and assuming responsibilities while being able to work in a team
  • A person who has an interest in ecological/sustainable projects
