Missions and responsibilities

Your missions will focus on the management and execution of your own recruitment missions, while developing your portfolio of clients and candidates. This includes:

  • Supporting your network growth
  • Managing your recruitment processes at 360°: open positions analysis, sourcing of candidates, interviews, integration follow-up, customer loyalty …
  • Guiding your talents throughout their career
  • Taking an active part in the life and development of Kingsley

The perfect match

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree (all orientations)
  • First professional experience appreciated
  • Highly curious and open-minded, you want to join a dynamic team and reach your full potential
  • You are ambitious, enthusiastic and a good team player
  • French or Dutch speaker with a business English level


Recruitment process

  1. Phone call with a Team Member (30 min. max.)
  2. Face-to-face interview with a Career Advisor, a Team Leader and/or a Manager (approximatively 1.5 hours)
