Missions and responsibilities
Your missions will focus on the management and execution of your own recruitment missions, while developing your portfolio of clients and candidates. This includes:
- Supporting your network growth
- Managing your recruitment processes at 360°: open positions analysis, sourcing of candidates, interviews, integration follow-up, customer loyalty …
- Guiding your talents throughout their career
- Taking an active part in the life and development of Kingsley
The perfect match
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree (all orientations)
- First professional experience appreciated
- Highly curious and open-minded, you want to join a dynamic team and reach your full potential
- You are ambitious, enthusiastic and a good team player
- French or Dutch speaker with a business English level

Recruitment process
