Your missions and responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the team of architects and interior designers
- Completely oversee the project, meeting deadlines, budget, and quality standards
- Manage tendering, evaluate suppliers, prepare the final offer
- Coordinate interior works during construction.
- Regularly communicate with the design team and project manager
- Monitor, produce progress reports, manage risks
The perfect profile
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience in the office, retail, and/or hospitality sector
- Previous experience in architecture, interior design, or engineering
- Skills in planning, budget management, and special techniques
- Creativity and aesthetic sense to solve problems on-site
- Strong customer orientation
- Fluent in French, very good knowledge of English and Dutch
