Our client, one of Belgium’s leading independent law firms based in Antwerp, is looking for an associate lawyer with 4 to 7 years of experience in corporate and commercial litigation.

Missions and responsibilities
• Advise and represent clients in complex disputes, both in and out of court.
• Assist companies, shareholders, directors and other stakeholders in corporate and commercial litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents and develop sound litigation strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
• Contribute to the development of the litigation practice through knowledge sharing and active collaboration within the team.
Ideal profile
• Master’s degree in Belgian law, with a specialisation in corporate and contract law and 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in corporate and commercial litigation.
• Excellent knowledge of Belgian procedural law and relevant regulations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and client-oriented mindset.
• A genuine team player who values a positive working atmosphere and collective performance.
