Your missions and responsibilities
- Develop and lead the Project & Development business in Belgium and Luxembourg
- Oversee complex real estate projects, from acquisition to delivery
- Actively participate in business development and activity growth
- Build and develop a strong network with investors, developers and market partners
- Ensure financial monitoring of the business, budgets and operational profitability
- Coach, structure and develop project teams
- Guarantee the quality of services delivered and compliance with operational standards
- Work closely with different internal service lines to develop commercial synergies
- Represent the company at events and with key players in the real estate sector
Ideal profile
- Proven experience in managing complex real estate projects or development activities
- Solid understanding of the complete real estate development cycle
- Experience in team management and business development
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong presence on the Belgian real estate market
- Entrepreneurial profile with strategic vision and results orientation
- Very good command of financial, commercial and operational issues
- Trilingual French / Dutch / English
- Natural leadership, excellent communication and ability to unite people
