Your duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee the annual budget and ensure regular updates
- Manage invoicing and cash collection from clients
- Maintain financial data and produce reliable monthly financial reports
- Source top talent through various channels for future positions and projects
- Handle HR matters including talent acquisition, payroll, and onboarding
- Manage office operations for our Brussels location
Ideal profile:
- Proven experience in HR, Finance, or relevant administrative roles
- Advanced degree in Finance, Administration, HR, or related fields
- Fluent in English with proficiency in French
- Strong organizational and time management skills
