Your missions and responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate M&A and PE/VC deal documents
- Engage with clients and counterparties throughout transactions
- Manage matters from inception to closure with precision
- Contribute to a diverse range of corporate transactions
The perfect profile?
- Belgian Law degree and a Master in Corporate/Business Law is a real asset
- 4 – 6 years of experience in Corporate law
- French native, English professional proficiency, Dutch is an asset
- Proactive, team player, client-oriented, and commercial mindset
