Cash Management Officer | International Real Estate Company (f/m/x)
We are looking for a Cash Management Officer for an international group (team in Belgium but collaboration at a European level). Our client is a player specialised in semi-industrial projects (warehouses, logistics sites, etc.). They have a dual activity: developer (development and sale of projects) and property manager (asset management). In addition, it focuses its services strongly on CSR/sustainability criteria. It aims to develop energy self-sufficient projects

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Manage the cash flow of more than 400 bank accounts to ensure business continuity
- Carry out daily cash management operations (e.g. cash administration, current account management, inter-company financing, etc.)
- Monitor cash transactions (ensure that bank account balances are reported and any unusual items are investigated)
- Prepare and process outgoing bank transfers
- Ensure that bank transactions are reflected in the ERP system (Unit4Financials)
- Prepare daily and monthly cash flow reports and forecasts
The ideal profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (or equivalent experience)
- English speaking profile (English will be the language of use, but a good level in French and Dutch is a plus)
- A person who appreciates autonomy, is detail-oriented and has a good analytical mind
