Indeed, my client is looking for mid-level lawyer in corporate law to strengthen their Corporate and M&A team. You will join a young and dynamic team to work on challenging cases. Your missions and responsibilities
- Provide excellent advice on the field of corporate matters
- Participateon sharing knowledge with presenting your expertise to your formal colleagues
- Manage, control, and reviewlegal documents
- Suggest, anticipate, and implementstrategic considerations
The perfect profile
- Dutch speaker and good knowledge of the other national language & fluent in English
- 2 to 7 yearsof experience in corporate M&A law
- If you have workedor studied abroad, it’s considered as an asset
- Team player& entrepreneurial spirit
