Following their expansion, they are recruiting an Accounting Manager to join their office in Luxembourg.

Your missions and responsibilities
The role consists of being responsible for the day to day administration of Private Equity and Real Estate structures. This will include (but not be exclusive to) the following:
- Lead the accounting function for a portfolio of companies and/or funds such as NAV review & reporting
- Manage a team of accountants in the daily operations
- Coach and support the development of team members
- Work closely with the Compliance and Project teams to smooth transition of new work in to the team
- Attend management meetings and actively participate in taking decisions
The perfect profile
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or similar
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Private Equity role as accountant or similar (preferably 2 years of managerial experience)
- Excellent knowledge of Private Equity & Real Estate structures
- Fluent in English + French is a strong asset
