We are looking for a Facility Project Manager, who will be the right-hand man of the Head of Facilities to join a fast-growing company specialising in banking services. He will play a key role in implementing strategies to facilitate the company’s operations.

Your tasks and responsibilities?
- Supervise remote and on-site maintenance.
- Tactical and strategic analysis of all processes to be implemented in facilities operations.
- Monitor and implement HQSE (Health, Quality, Security & Environment) + Security standards (security cameras, access badges, etc.).
- Provide support to facility coordinators.
- Develop dashboards and reports based on data.
- Manage new site construction and fit-out/repair projects.
- Communicate with various subcontractors and manage quotations.
Ideal profile
- English/French or English/Dutch and knowledge of the third language is a strong asset.
- Mastery of HVAC, safety, prevention and facility management/security and FMIS standards. Knowledge of Axxerion software is a plus.
- At least 6 years’ experience in technical management.
- Engineering degree or equivalent would be an asset.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Tactical and strategic thinking, ability to find solutions.
