We are seeking a Construction Project Manager for a stable and growing company active across a wide range of building projects.
In this role, you will manage your own projects from A to Z and act as the key link between clients, architects, subcontractors and internal teams. You will be responsible for aligning with the client on project content, objectives, timeline, available resources and budget — and documenting all of this in a project plan. You will oversee planning, cost control, quality, safety compliance and successful delivery. After an onboarding period, you will also help steer site supervisors.
Projects are diverse and include industrial buildings for major international clients, turnkey constructions, infrastructure works, interior finishing and concrete/masonry works.

The ideal candidate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Degree in Construction Engineering (Professional Bachelor or Master Industrial Sciences: Civil Engineering) or equivalent experience
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Leadership capability and assertiveness
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Committed to quality and safety standards
- Fluent in Dutch, with good knowledge of French and English
- VCA-VOL certification (safety for supervisors) and driving licence B required
Key responsibilities include
- Managing assigned projects and construction sites
- Supporting the purchasing department in contacting suppliers and subcontractors
- Acting as point of contact for clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams
- Organising labour, materials, machinery and storage on site
- Monitoring progress, costs and compliance with regulations
- Drawing up detailed cost estimates and invoicing
- Identifying and submitting additional works to the client
- Delivering completed sites to clients and obtaining handover reports
- Evaluating staff and identifying training needs
