I am seeking a Technical Project Manager for a property developer specialising in residential projects in West and East Flanders and the Antwerp region.
Due to the imminent retirement of the current incumbent, the company is looking for a senior candidate with experience in the execution phase of construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate the execution of projects and oversee the schedule, budget, quality and collaboration between all parties.
The projects are carried out via split contracting, whereby you will coordinate various specialist contractors (structural work, services, roofing, etc.).
These are residential projects such as apartment blocks (20–90 units), housing estates (10–20 homes) and smaller developments.

Your duties and responsibilities
- Coordinating the execution of residential construction projects and monitoring site activities
- Drawing up and monitoring schedules, budgets, quality, safety and resources from start to finish
- Managing and coordinating architects, engineering firms, contractors and suppliers
- Monitoring risks, changes and any technical or contractual issues
- Preparing clear reports (KPIs, schedules, budgets and risks) for the various stakeholders
🎯 The ideal candidate
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in construction projects
- Experience in site supervision and the execution phase of projects
- Experience working with architects, engineering firms and contractors
- Qualifications: Master’s in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a Bachelor’s in Architecture, or equivalent through experience
💼 Remuneration + Package
Self-employed status: approx. €750 per day depending on experience
