Your missions and responsibilities
- Take care of and develop a portfolio of exceptional residential properties in the Brussels region and surroundings.
- Provide tailor-made support to a demanding, both local and international clientele.
- Embody the prestige of the brand through a polished image, refined communication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
- Work hand-in-hand with local and international offices to create powerful synergies, ensuring maximum exposure and desirability for every property.
The perfect profile
- Higher education in real estate (BIV/IPI certified mandatory)
- Proven experience in high-end residential sales and at least 5 years of experience in a similar function/field.
- Fluent in french and english, with a good command of dutch being a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, natural ease in building relationships, and the ability to inspire trust.
- Excellent knowledge of the Brussels real estate market and strong local network.
