Your missions and responsibilities:

• Analyze specifications, plans, technical studies, etc.

• Conduct precise information research, consult and analyze reference documents such as standards, technical notes, and technical approvals

• Prepare price requests for subcontractors and suppliers

• Analyze and compare price offers from subcontractors and suppliers

• Analyze or prepare descriptive and quantitative measurements

• Calculate cost prices and indirect costs

• Ensure administrative management of files and reference documents

• Propose alternatives to the initial project

• Participate in clarification or negotiation meetings regarding our offer with the client and their advisors

The ideal profile:

• Master’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering in Construction

• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in a similar Cost Engineer role

• Strong knowledge of public and private tendering regulations

• Excellent command of MS Office; Dutch proficiency is a plus

• A rigorous, proactive, and stress-resistant personality, with excellent team spirit and a strong critical mindset
