They have over $65 billion assets under management including the N°1 Asset manager of Europe and leading Private Equity firms. For their Private Equity Fund Accounting department, they are looking for a Manager to lead a team of Accountants responsible for the day-to-day accounting of several Private Equity Funds.

Your missions and responsibilities
- Lead a team of Accountants in their day-to-day operations of several Private Equity Funds
- Review of accounting outputs for subsequent review by the client
- Proactively monitor and report on team performance and deadlines
- Coach and support the development of team members
- Attend management meetings and make a positive contribution in discussions
- Liaise with clients, Lawyers, Auditors, and other business partners
- Suggest and implement measures to improve efficiency in team operational processes
- Work closely with the Compliance and Projects teams to ensure smooth transition of new work into the team and to reduce operational risk arising
- Perform the role of Director to Funds and Properties companies’ structures as required
The perfect profile
- Experience in Private Equity funds is essential
- Experience of managing an English speaking client is necessary (US/UK)
- Experience in organizing and planning delivery of the quarterly and annual reporting requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Alternative Accounting Business
- Minimum 1 year of Managerial experience
- Technical knowledge of IFRS
