📌 Your role

  • People management: Leading, coaching and developing the team, encouraging collaboration and high performance.
  • Invoicing: Overseeing outgoing invoicing (AR) and ensuring its accuracy for all Belgian entities.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Preparing and analysing reports on performance indicators, supporting financial monitoring and risk management.
  • Key controls: Ensuring the effective implementation of internal controls without micromanagement.
  • Exception management: Proactively identifying and resolving issues and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Process optimisation: Continuously improve AP & AR processes and utilise ICT tools to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for Accounting, Procurement, ICT and other departments.

 

📌 Your role

🎯 Your profile

  • Master’s degree in finance or equivalent experience in working capital management or a similar role.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in team management.
  • Expertise in invoicing and AP/AR processes, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and reporting-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to maintain an overview whilst supporting and supervising the team.
  • Fluency in French or Dutch, good passive understanding of English and a willingness to learn the other national language.
