Missions and responsibilities
As a Senior Career Advisor, you’ll act as both a trusted advisor and a key driver of business growth:
- Lead business development and grow your client portfolio.
- Manage key accounts and build long-lasting partnerships.
- Identify and attract top talent through advanced sourcing techniques.
- Mentor Junior Advisors and contribute to team success.
- Play a key role in Kingsley’s expansion by sharing your expertise.
The perfect match
✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
✔️ Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or business development.
✔️ Strong commercial mindset & negotiation skills.
✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building.
✔️ Leadership potential & team spirit.
✔️ Fluent in French & English (Dutch is a plus).
