Your Missions and Responsibilities
- Coordinate real estate projects from conception to delivery
- Maximize qualitative and financial benefits
- Control costs and manage risks
- Lead acquisition, programming, study, marketing, and execution phases
- Collaborate closely with legal, financial, marketing, engineering, architectural, and administrative teams
- Report directly to the Head of Development Belgium Luxembourg
The perfect profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development, particularly in the Brussels market
- Master’s degree in architecture, engineering, finance, or law
- Additional certification in real estate is an asset
- Proficiency in all stages of real estate project development
- Excellent negotiation skills and a vast network in the Belgian real estate sector
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English
