Your Duties and Responsibilities?
As a Business Controller, you’ll:
- Analyze monthly reporting packages and key financial ratios for assigned subsidiaries.
- Collaborate closely with local and audit teams during monthly closing processes.
- Lead the annual budgeting and semi-annual forecasting processes for your subsidiaries.
- Provide financial expertise and manage treasury and working capital for your assigned entities.
- Support subsidiary countries with various financial controls and transfer pricing.
- Act as a strategic business partner to local financial teams.
- Conduct periodic visits to the different subsidiaries (subject to global situations) for better assessment and support.
- Advocate for Group policies and continuous improvement of accounting and business control procedures.
Ideal Profile?
- Master’s degree in finance/accounting/audit.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in audit and business control, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 10% of the time).
