This company provides institutional capital markets participants with corporate administration services (including financial and accounting services as well as domiciliation services) in respect of Securitisation, Structured Finance, Private-Equity and Real Estate. Following their successful and continuous growth, they are recruiting a talent to join their office in Luxembourg.

Your missions and responsibilities

• Take care of completion and review of depositary activities including but not limited to cashflow monitoring, asset safekeeping and oversight
• Liaise with the Conducting Officer / Manager to build strong relationships with clients
• Operate as a key part of a team to deliver a client focused, high quality service
• Be the contact point for audit liaison and provision of audit confirmations
• Participate and contribute to team meeting & bring support to local and regional management
• Assist with the onboarding of new clients, both from a fund launch and fund migration perspective

The perfect profile

• At least 2 years of experience in Fund administration, depositary or audit, with a focus on Private Equity or Real Estate
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accountancy, finance or similar field
• Ability to communicate effectively and work pro-actively, high level of motivation, tenacity, agility
• Focused on delivering consistent quality of service
• Capability to connect the dots between different sources of information (huge professional skepticism appreciated)
• Perfectly fluent in English (any other language is a strong asset)
