In this context, it is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee the technical management and maintenance of the infrastructure at its various sites.

🛠️ Your duties and responsibilities
- Ensure the day-to-day operation of technical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, access control, etc.)
- Oversee the implementation of renovation projects and support larger investment projects
- Ensure technical documentation is kept up to date and monitor project budgets
- Coordinate external contractors and ensure clear communication with tenants and internal teams
- Identify and propose technical improvements aimed at optimising environmental performance and costs
- Play an active role in the management and development of infrastructure across multiple sites in Belgium
🎯 The ideal candidate
- Engineering degree (building services) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in the technical management of buildings or multi-tenant sites
- Proficiency in IT tools and technical management systems (BMS, CMMS, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach
- Independence, rigour and the ability to make decisions
- A keen interest in environmental issues and the voluntary sector
- Very good command of French or Dutch, with a good knowledge of the other language and English
