\ud83d\udcbc We are looking for a Corporate Financing & Hedging Manager to join the Corporate Finance & Treasury team in Brussels.<\/p>\n
You will join a high-impact team of two people, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Finance & Treasury, and will play a key role in structuring financing solutions and managing financial risks at group level.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udccc Your mission
\nAs Corporate Financing & Hedging Manager, you will:
\nStructure and secure corporate and project financing solutions aligned with the group\u2019s strategy.
\nDesign optimal debt structures, combining bank financing, bond issuance and project financing depending on risk profile and maturity.
\nLead financing transactions and negotiate terms with banks and institutional investors.
\nDevelop and implement intra-group financing structures.
\nEnsure compliance with financial covenants and contractual obligations.
\nMonitor and manage interest rate, FX and liquidity risks.
\nStructure and execute hedging strategies in collaboration with treasury operations.
\nOversee group treasury activities, liquidity and short-term investments.
\nBuild strong relationships with banks, asset managers and financial market participants and internal stakeholders.
\nSupport financial reporting, audits and due diligence processes.<\/p>\n
\ud83c\udfaf Your profile
\nMaster\u2019s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Engineering.
\nAround 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, or more.
\nProven experience in corporate financing, project financing and financial structuring, strong experise in hedging, financial instruments and cash management.
\nExperience managing a team or coordinating projects (~3 years).
\nAbility to build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
\nStrong communication and influencing skills.
\nOwnership, initiative and leadership capabilities.
\nFluency in English (C1) and French or Dutch (C1).<\/p>\n
