What will your missions and responsibilities be ?
- Assist the Executive Director on organization tasks and on board meetings
- On-boarding & training new comers
- Manage a team of excellent professionals
- Liaise with different departments
- Handle a database of clients
Your profile and key areas of expertise ?
- Previous similar experience at a Law Firm in Luxembourg
- Fluent in French and English, good knowledge of German or Luxemburgish is a plus
- You have excellent communication skills and have a solution-oriented mindset
- Team player, you have excellent leadership skills
