To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated, ambitious Junior Career Advisor to join our Brussels team. No extensive experience required – we’ll train you to become a recruitment and sales expert!

Missions and responsibilities
As a Junior Career Advisor, you’ll learn to master both recruitment and sales:
- Develop your client portfolio through proactive business development.
- Build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Source top talent using innovative tools.
- Guide candidates through their recruitment journey.
- Contribute to Kingsley’s success with your ideas and energy.
The perfect match
🎓 Bachelor or Master’s degree (any field).
💡 First experience or strong interest in sales, recruitment, or business development.
💬 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
🚀 Driven, ambitious, eager to learn.
🌍 Fluent in French & English (Dutch is a plus).

Recruitment process
