Your tasks and responsibilities

📅 Project coordination: overseeing projects from start to finish (scheduling, stakeholders, priorities)
🏗️ Operational oversight: ensuring the smooth running of the various project phases
🎨 Design/technical liaison: collaborating with architects, designers and partners
📞 Communication: acting as the point of contact between the various stakeholders
📝 Administrative & organisational support: structuring and tracking files
🔎 Versatility in the field: stepping in where needed to drive projects forward

The ideal candidate

🎓 Degree in architecture, design, property or an interest in the property sector
🌍 Bilingual in French and Dutch
💡 Versatile, curious and resourceful
🚀 Motivated junior with a strong desire to learn and take on responsibility
