Our client is a fast-growing company specialising in supporting investment funds and alternative investment structures. As the business expands and the organisation is strengthened, we are recruiting a Fund Operations Manager to oversee and organise operations related to fund management.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be involved in all operational activities related to the fund lifecycle and play a key role in coordinating the various internal and external stakeholders.
Fund Operations Manager – Your responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations related to investment funds
- Ensuring the smooth execution of fund lifecycle events (capital calls, distributions, closings, NAV processes)
- Ensuring the quality and reliability of investor data and documentation
- Acting as the point of contact for complex operational matters
- Coordination with external partners
- Governance and compliance
- Process improvement
Fund Operations Manager – Required profile:
- Higher education in finance, accounting or management
- Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in fund administration, fund operations, audit or consultancy within the
- investment fund sector in Luxembourg
- Good knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment (AIFM, CSSF, AML/KYC, SFDR is a plus)
- Fluency in French and English essential
