We are currently looking for a Compliance Officer for an international life insurer based in Luxembourg. Although present in almost 10 European jurisdictions, the company is still a family-size business in Luxembourg. However, it is growing rapidly through various acquisitions and is looking for new talents, the leaders of tomorrow.
With that in mind, the team is growing, and they are looking for a new Compliance officer to join and support the company in all aspects of Regulatory Compliance.

Your missions and responsibilities
- Contribute to the execution of the Compliance plan
- Facilitate Compliance participation in different projects (compliance, acquisition, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Conduct compliance training
- Contribute to the regulatory watch
The perfect profile
- 3-5 years of experience minimum within a similar position
- Fluent in English (writing, speaking & understanding)/ + French, Italian, Spanish, or German (asset)
- Excellent knowledge of Luxembourgish legislation and regulation especially in terms of AML/CTF, financial crime, and risk
- Ability to provide effective recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure + good organizational competency
