We are currently recruiting an Accounting Assistant for one of our clients, an established and growing player in the property sector, to strengthen their finance team based in Brussels.
You will join an environment where collaboration, autonomy and professional development are key priorities.
👉 Your responsibilities:
- Managing insurance policies and supplier contracts
- Processing customer and supplier invoices (sales, rentals, charges, works, taxes)
- Preparing and monitoring supplier payments
- Managing bank relations and bank reconciliations
- Monitoring credit facilities and managing cash flow
- Contributing to accounting and financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Administrative support and liaison with the external accounting firm
👉 Your profile:
- Qualification in accounting or finance, or equivalent through experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail, organisational skills and a team-oriented approach
- Excellent command of French
- Good command of Microsoft O365 and accounting/ERP tools (experience with Odoo is an advantage)
