Si votre annonce ne connecte pas \u00e9motionnellement et cognitivement, les meilleurs profils passeront leur chemin.<\/p>\n<h4>Ce que montrent les recherches<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La clart\u00e9 gagne sur le jargon<\/strong>. Les offres r\u00e9dig\u00e9es en langage simple attirent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 40% de candidats en plus (LinkedIn Talent Solutions, 2022).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autonomie, ma\u00eetrise, sens<\/strong>.
