Our client, a well-established investment management firm located in the city center of Luxembourg<\/strong>, is seeking an experienced Fund Controller to support their growing operations<\/strong>. If you have between 3 and 5 years of relevant experience and are looking to advance in a dynamic, collaborative environment<\/strong>, this could be the perfect next step for you.<\/p>\n

In this role, you will play a key part in managing the financial operations and reporting for a portfolio of alternative investment funds<\/strong>. You will work closely with the finance and investment teams<\/strong> to ensure accurate, timely information is provided, driving strategic decisions and supporting growth.<\/p>\n

Fund Controller \u2013 Your Role and Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n

– Overseeing<\/strong> the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for investment funds
\n– Preparing<\/strong> fund budgets, forecasts, and detailed analyses for management and stakeholders
\n– Monitoring<\/strong> cash flows, liquidity, and capital calls\/distributions
\n– Conducting<\/strong> monthly\/quarterly fund valuations, including NAV calculations and reconciliations
\n– Coordinating<\/strong> audits and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
\n– Supporting<\/strong> investment teams with financial insights, participating in ad hoc financial projects<\/p>\n

Fund Controller – Your profile:<\/h3>\n

Our client is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented candidate who brings a strong foundation in fund accounting or control, ideally within the investment management sector.<\/em><\/p>\n

– Experience<\/strong>: 3 to 5 years in fund controlling or accounting, preferably within investment management or similar sectors
\n– Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
\n– Languages:<\/strong> Fluent in English and French
\n– Skills:<\/strong> Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with fund accounting software, and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements<\/p>\n
