Your missions and responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for transactions: structuring, negotiation, and execution.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

The perfect profile?
- Master degree in law
- 5 – 7 years of experience
- Experience in corporate transactions/M&A and regulatory expertise
- English & French professional proficiency
- Strong legal analytical and negotiation skills
