Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee the annual budget and ensure regular updates
  • Manage invoicing and cash collection from clients
  • Maintain financial data and produce reliable monthly financial reports
  • Source top talent through various channels for future positions and projects
  • Handle HR matters including talent acquisition, payroll, and onboarding
  • Manage office operations for our Brussels location

Ideal profile:

  • Proven experience in HR, Finance, or relevant administrative roles
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Administration, HR, or related fields
  • Fluent in English with proficiency in French
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
