A leading Benelux law firm is looking to strengthen its Brussels Employment practice by hiring two junior lawyers — one Dutch-speaking and one French-speaking. You’ll join a respected team handling both advisory and litigation work for Belgian and international clients, across a wide range of industries.

Your Role
- Collaborate directly with the counsel and the partner on both local and cross-border projects.
- Advise clients on a wide range of individual and collective labour law matters (contracts, dismissals, restructurings, compensation, etc.).
- Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, workplace policies, and legal opinions.
- Represent clients in employment litigation and negotiations before courts and authorities.
- Monitor legal developments and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and client briefings.
The Ideal Profile
- 0 to 3 years of experience
- Belgian Master in Law
- Native Dutch or French speaker, with good command of English.
- Strong interest in employment and social security law.
- Analytical, pragmatic, and detail-oriented.
- Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
