🔥 We’re hiring a Junior Treasury / Financial Operations Analyst 🔥
Our client — a major Belgian infrastructure group operating at national and international level — is strengthening its finance team and is looking for a junior treasury-oriented profile to support the operational management of a large financial portfolio.
This role sits at the heart of financial operations, combining cash management, forecasting ownership, and exposure to financial instruments, within a highly collaborative and stable environment.

📌 Your role:
As part of the finance & treasury team, you will:
Support the operational management of treasury activities, including forecasting and cash flow monitoring.
Work with financial instruments and placements, ensuring a good understanding of what is invested, with whom, and under which conditions.
Take ownership of forecasts and operational follow-up, with strong Excel-based analyses.
Contribute to day-to-day treasury decisions within a clearly defined framework.
Collaborate closely with a Treasury Advisor and the Manager to ensure smooth financial operations.

🎯 Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Finance, Economics or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in finance (treasury, accounting, financial operations, or strong motivation to grow into treasury).
Good understanding of financial instruments (hedging, derivatives, FX) and treasury placements.
Strong advanced Excel skills.
Comfortable managing responsibility at an operational level, with attention to detail and reliability.
Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
Team-oriented mindset, valuing cooperation and mutual support.

💡 What we offer:
Competitive salary aligned with a junior-to-medior positioning (around EUR 3,600 gross after one year, depending on profile).
