Your tasks and responsibilities?
- Manage general maintenance (coordination of sub-contractors/technicians, management of tenders/estimates, etc.)
- Monitor and coordinate fit-out/renovation projects (extensions, refurbishment, etc.)
- Collecting rent and issuing reminders
- Budget operations (capex/opex, indexation plan, etc.)
- Act as point of contact between landlord and tenants
- Monitoring contractual obligations relating to the property portfolio
- Report on the portfolio’s activities and financial information
The ideal profile?
- Solution-oriented and practical mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in French, Dutch and English
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
