Our projects include the development of new warehouses and major CAPEX projects (renovations, infrastructure). As a small team, all engineers in building and construction, we place great emphasis on sustainability in our projects, including BREEAM certifications.
Your role :
As a Technical Project Manager CAPEX, you will play a crucial role in managing large-scale projects. You will start with CAPEX projects and progress to new developments. You will closely collaborate with the technical team to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Responsibilities :
CAPEX Projects Management:
- Analysis, preparation of specifications and measurements
- Price study, tendering, negotiation, and contracting
- Communication and consultation with contractors, clients, and tenants
- Planning development, site follow-up, delivery, and administrative follow-up
- Post-project calculations
Innovation:
- Propose and analyze innovative projects
- Develop business cases and negotiate with stakeholders
- Participate in company meetings
BREEAM Coordination:
- Coordinate BREEAM In-Use assessments with external advisors
- Follow up on retro-fits
Your profile :
- Degree in Technical Engineering (civil or industrial engineer)
- At least 2 years of experience in coordinating and following up on technical projects
- Experience in CAPEX project management with a general contractor is a major plus
- Familiarity with project management tools and procedures (PMI or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other online tools
- Languages: You speak Dutch and English
- Personal qualities: autonomous, rigorous, passionate about technical challenges, good communicator, team player, structured, pragmatic, and flexible
