Your role and responsibilities
- team management, focusing on both soft skills and procedures
- monitoring KPIs, performance and customer satisfaction
- involvement in technological development, especially software
- coaching the team to enhance collective and individual skills
- creating a conducive work environment
The perfect profile
- minimum 5 years of experience as a team leader
- bilingual FR/NL
- good knowledge of software and applications, particularly the Office suite. Skills in PowerApps are a plus
- a proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills
- knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
