📌 Your mission:
As a Tax Manager, you will:
Independently supervise tax and accounting engagements.
Plan, organize, and manage your team’s activities.
Represent the firm and its clients in the context of ongoing files.
Prepare and finalize engagement letters.
Supervise compliance and tax assignments prepared by accountants and tax advisors.
Improve internal processes and ensure their proper implementation.
Adopt a solution-oriented approach in managing client relationships.
Review and validate tax returns and forms.
Actively participate in technical meetings and knowledge sharing.
🎯 Your profile:
Master’s degree in Taxation or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
Excellent command of taxation, tax accounting, and compliance obligations.
5 to 9 years of experience in a Belgian advisory firm, including team management experience.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Native French speaker, very good command of English; Dutch is an asset.
Comfortable with accounting and tax tools (Silverfin, Kluwer, etc.).
Ability to delegate, provide constructive feedback, and unite a team around shared objectives.
Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative.
